Phase I delivers the first ~152 residences at Arete. Designed in partnership with Borges Architecture and built by Perryman Construction Management, both vetted long-term partners of Dolomiti.
Phase I residences will operate as part of the unified Arete community once both phases are delivered. Unit mix, finish standards, and amenity programming carry across the full site.
Final floor plans, leasing milestones, and pricing will be announced as construction progresses.
